All artisan chocolates are hand-crafted to order to ensure maximum freshness. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Once dispatched, standard delivery across India takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

2. Temperature Controlled Shipping

Chocolate is delicate. To combat the Indian climate, all our shipments are packaged with thermal insulation and reusable gel ice packs to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect, melt-free condition. We may delay shipping during extreme heatwaves to protect the product.

3. Delivery Charges

We offer flat-rate shipping across India. Expedited express delivery options are available at checkout at an additional cost.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking details. You can track the live status of your package at any time.
