Returns & Refunds

1. Perishable Goods Policy

Because our artisan chocolates are perishable food items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety regulations. All sales are considered final once the product has left our facility.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we take immense care in our temperature-controlled packaging, if your order arrives severely damaged, melted, or if you receive the incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at zakschocolaterie@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will happily arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

3. Cancellations

As our products are often made-to-order, you may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet entered the preparation stage (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via Razorpay. This typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
