How should I store my Zak's chocolates?
To preserve the quality and texture of our artisan chocolates, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 18°C (59°F - 64°F), away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Do not refrigerate, as this can cause cocoa butter bloom (white streaks).
How long do the chocolates stay fresh?
Our solid chocolate bars and bites have a shelf life of up to 6 months. Fresh truffles and centre-fill dates, which contain cream and fresh ingredients, are best enjoyed within 3 to 4 weeks of purchase.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, our Dark Chocolate Energy Bar and several solid dark chocolate options are naturally vegan. While many of our products do not contain gluten ingredients, they are produced in a facility that handles wheat, nuts, and dairy, so trace amounts may be present.
